Estate Sites is operated by Codenz Technologies. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this platform.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the content you publish on your website, billing receipts you upload, and technical data such as IP address used for security and rate limiting. Visitors to a customer's website may submit inquiries; that information belongs to, and is shared with, that customer.

How we use it

To run the service, send account and inquiry emails, verify payments, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database, file storage and email delivery) under their security commitments. We share data only with providers needed to operate the service or when required by law.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your content at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@codenz.tech.
