The service

Estate Sites lets real estate agencies and developers publish a website. By creating a site you agree to these terms.

Trial and payment

New sites get a 14-day free trial. After that a paid plan is required; payments are made manually and activated after verification. When a plan ends the website goes offline and editing pauses until it is renewed. Your content is kept.

Your content

You are responsible for the listings, text and images you publish and must have the right to use them. Listings must be accurate and lawful. We may suspend sites that are misleading, unlawful or abusive.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Codenz Technologies is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
